Community Design
Concept making / planning and operation / utilization of paid real estate
Based on the idea that the community is the aspect when the hotel is the point of the region, we plan, operate, and support the opening from the perspective of community design and produce beyond the hotel.
In addition, we will form a community by linking bases over a wide area that connects cities and rural areas point-to-point.
We also plan one-day events and utilize real estate and spaces.

Our group company Creative Farm MiKS Inc. serves as a bridge between production and clients, helping with creative direction from strategic planning to actual production.

CEO / Hotel Producer
1990年東京生まれ埼玉育ち。中央大学法学部卒。
学生時代に世界を旅した経験からホテル運営・不動産開発に興味を持つ。総合不動産サービス会社ジョーンズラングラサールの日本支社に新卒入社し、オフィス物件の不動産運用業務に従事。その後ホテルスタートアップに１号社員として入社し、複数施設の立ち上げ、ホテル・飲食店の運営、マーケティング、採用など幅広い業務を経験した後に独立。
地域に根ざしたホテル・レストラン・バーの企画・立ち上げ・運営の経験からコミュニティを重視した場の運営・開発を得意とする。
趣味：テニス、コーヒー、言語学習
伊藤千夏 / Chichi Itoh

大学卒業後、某大手リゾート会社に勤務。その後ゲストとより近い距離で接客をしたいと思いLINNASに転職、LINNAS Kanazawaの開業準備に携わり、現在はLINNAS Kanazawaでホスピタリティスーパーバイザーとしてコンセプトを伝える体験設計からゲスト満足度の向上施策などを行う。兼任でLinnas Design全般のSNS戦略立案・運用を担当。（Instagram、Twitter, Tik Tokアカウント）
個人としてホテルインフルエンサーとしての一面も持ち、コミュニケーションツールとしてのホテルや企業のSNS運用を得意とすることからSTUDIO STAYの編集長に。

吉崎努 / Tsutomu Zakk
Creative Director / Miks Inc. Designer
1994年金沢生まれ。新潟大学建築学科卒。学生時代は、まちの形成過程やそれに基づく都市計画を研究。地元金沢にてインテリアデザインに従事する中で、ブランド全体に関わっていかないと結果が伴わないことへのもどかしさから自身のスタジオを開設し、実践的かつ包括的なブランディングに携わる。
2022年より Linnas design inc. のクリエイティブディレクター兼 MiKS inc.として参画。
いちフォトグラファーとして、イタリア大使館主催の写真コンテストにて最優秀を収める。
カレーとドーナツが本当に好き。
