We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing guests with a rich daily life throughout their stay.
Even with a small number of people, the crew will plan and manage the event themselves in order to propose lifestyles with various approaches. Self-propelled ability and adaptability to enjoy change without being bound by conventional hotel management are required.

After joining the company, you will be involved in hotel management. While being involved in the operation, we will be entrusted with various regional projects and new hotel opening projects in parallel. Introducing LINNAS Design's unique welfare program for full-time staff.
-town digging system -
We support eating and drinking expenses in the target area with a monthly upper limit of 10,000 yen (tax included) and a subsidy rate of 50%. (For operation staff) This is a system aimed at LINNAS Kanazawa's concept of "melting with the city." We hope that the staff themselves will visit local restaurants to create a connection with the city, and that they will be able to convey recommendations to guests based on the experiences of each staff member.
