LINNAS Design does not want to create standardized spaces or services that everyone around the world can use.

We manage the venue with the belief that by capturing the true charm of the area, in the long run that charm will become one of the attractions of the town.

In order to provide a place for people to come and live and to make the community shine as a hub, we have established "Be HUB!" as a code of conduct that everyone involved with Linnas should be aware of. At the same time as a code of conduct, it is also set as a LINNAS hiring standard, and we believe that by each and every member being aware of Be HUB! [Hotels Division]

The LINNAS crew is passionate about providing hospitality to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

Although the number of staff is small, the crew themselves plan and manage events in order to propose a variety of lifestyle approaches. Our no-no words are "Normal hotels are like this." We require self-motivation and the ability to adapt and enjoy change without being bound by the traditional form of hotel management.

[Community Design Division]

Facility operated: S-TOKYO / Pertica Coffee

Based on the idea that a hotel is a point in a community and a community is its surface, we plan, operate, and support the opening of real estate utilization strategies that go beyond hotels from the perspective of community design. We do a wide range of work, from co-working spaces to event planning.

What is required is a sense of balance to balance the two wheels of an ideal concept with business figures, communication skills to continually build close relationships with local players, and the tenacity to keep moving forward through small initiatives.

[BD/Corporate Team (Business Development)]

Location: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture

We have a single team that handles business planning and proposals, hotel reporting, recruitment, business plan creation, etc. In addition, in the context of urban development, we sometimes plan and propose places beyond hotels.

We are currently recruiting founding members who will become specialists in areas such as accounting, human resources, business development, and marketing, and who will also participate in future management.

You are required to have the ability to question industry conventions and take-for-granted ideas and produce results.

A hotel restaurant planning and management company that is an affiliate of Linnas Design

We will work with isu to plan and manage the food and beverage menu.

As we expand our hotels in the future, we will work with the Hotels Division to not only be in charge of the food and beverage department, but also to plan and operate hotel restaurants run by other companies.

As with the Hotels division, the phrase "Normally, restaurants are like this" is a no-no.

We understand the strengths and challenges of being attached to a hotel.

You need the organizational skills to get results.

WELFARE

Introducing LINNAS Design's unique welfare program for full-time staff.

-Dig a Town's gem -

We support eating and drinking expenses in the target area with a monthly upper limit of 10,000 yen (tax included) and a subsidy rate of 50%. (For operation staff) This is a system aimed at LINNAS Kanazawa's concept of "melting with the city." We hope that the staff themselves will visit local restaurants to create a connection with the city, and that they will be able to convey recommendations to guests based on the experiences of each staff member.

- Be a Wind -

At least once a year, you have the right to take at least 12 consecutive days off, including paid holidays and regular holidays. Because I usually run a place with roots in the area as a local (local), I would like you to have a traveler's perspective by visiting different lands as a person of the wind (traveler).
