The LINNAS crew is passionate about providing hospitality to ensure guests have a comfortable stay .

Although the number of staff is small, the crew themselves plan and manage events in order to propose a variety of lifestyle approaches. Our no-no words are "Normal hotels are like this." We require self-motivation and the ability to adapt and enjoy change without being bound by the traditional form of hotel management.

In addition, with an eye towards future developments, we are always looking for people to take on operational management positions and eventually join the new hotel opening team.

We are a single team that handles business planning and proposals, hotel reporting, recruitment, business plan creation, etc. In addition, in the context of urban development, we sometimes make proposals for locations beyond hotels.

We are currently recruiting founding members who will become specialists in areas such as accounting, human resources, business development, and marketing, and who will also participate in future management.

Introducing LINNAS Design's unique welfare program for full-time staff.

-town digging system -

We support eating and drinking expenses in the target area with a monthly upper limit of 10,000 yen (tax included) and a subsidy rate of 50%. (For operation staff) This is a system aimed at ``melting with the city,'' which is the concept of LINNAS Kanazawa. We hope that the staff themselves will visit local restaurants to create a connection with the city, and that they will be able to provide recommendations to guests based on the experiences of each staff member.

At least once a year, you have the right to take at least 12 consecutive days off, including paid holidays and regular holidays. Because I usually run a place with roots in the area as a local (local), I would like you to have a traveler's perspective by visiting different lands as a person of the wind (traveler).
